The focus on our 55+ Barre Fit program is designed to elongate muscles, tighten the abdomen and improve overall flexibility. Aging well is all about maintaining muscle strength and flexibility. Barre work is low impact - perfect for the over 55 body.
Both men and women can benefit from this program so bring a friend!
Classes are Tuesday mornings, 10:30-11:30, September 17 - December 3, taught by retired Ballet Edmonton dancer, Kylee Hart.
